At MOSCOT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frames, which is why we offer a 10-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all optical and sunglass orders. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear, cases, and cleaning cloths into the original shipping box and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
