How do I determine my frame size?
Most MOSCOT frames are available in multiple sizes. You can find the size engraved on the inside temple arm, usually represented by three numbers (e.g., 46-24-145), which indicate lens width, bridge width, and temple length.
Does MOSCOT offer prescription lenses online?
Yes, we offer a variety of prescription lens options including single vision, progressive, and blue light filtering. You simply need to upload a valid prescription from your optometrist during the checkout process.
What is your return policy for eyewear?
We accept returns for a full refund on all non-prescription frames within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom prescription lenses are final sale.
How should I care for my MOSCOT frames?
To maintain your frames, clean them regularly with the provided microfiber cloth and a gentle lens cleaner. Avoid using paper towels or clothing, as these can scratch the lenses, and keep your eyewear in its case when not in use.
Do you ship internationally?
MOSCOT ships worldwide to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
Are MOSCOT frames covered by a warranty?
Yes, our frames are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or lens scratches.
